Dry Cooler for Data Center Immersion Cooling

Server immersion cooling has the potential to become a popular server cooling solution, especially for green data centers, because it eliminates the need for expensive air-cooling infrastructure (including onboard server fans) and is highly energy efficient. The temperature used in liquid immersion cooling depends on the maximum temperature at which the immersed equipment can operate reliably. For servers, this temperature range is typically between 15 and 65°C (59 and 149°F), but can typically be extended to 75°C in some cryptograph-based devices. The increase in the high end of the temperature range allows data center operators to use completely passive dry coolers.
More and more data centers are adopting immersion cooling systems. Our dry coolers are an essential component of immersion cooling systems. As we all know, if the fluid flows too slowly, the heat will not be fully discharged from the chip radiator. If the fluid flows too fast, the heat exchange between the chip and the fluid will not work properly. Not to mention, if tanks, pumps and interconnected piping systems are not hermetically sealed, expensive dielectric fluid will leak. Besides, dry cooler supporting immersion cooling needs accurate design and selection too.
