IQF Tunnel Freezer is widely used in the fruits & vegetables processing industry, which is applicable to individual quick frozen of a variety of fruits and vegetables.
Dalian Yongsung Refrigeration dose custom design and manufactures IQF tunnel freezer according to the actual needs of every customer. Use food grade SUS304 mesh belt with different belt widths as options, to meet the requirements of different products, freezing capacity and reserved space for installation. Different materials for fins and tubes of evaporator can apply to different operation environment. And all the parts direct contact with frozen products are made of food grade SUS304. The IQF tunnel freezer is applicable to the individual quick frozen of fruits, vegetables and aquatic food with small size, incl. green beans, corn grains, carrot dices, strawberry, blueberry, shellfish, etc.
